At the ticket counter you will find information in Italian and English about
- fares ok tickets and videoguides;
- information and MIC Card rates;
- categories of those admitted with reduced or free admission;
- access conditions;
- notification of any inefficiencies.

ACCESSIBILITY
Although the historical character of the buildings prevents, in some cases, the total removal of architectural barriers, museums work to ensure access to their historical and artistic heritage by the widest possible public.

CLOAKROOM
The wardrobe service is free of charge, included in the ticket price, and is self-managed.
For reasons of protection of the works of art, the staff may request that bulky bags, backpacks, umbrellas and other potentially harmful objects be left in the cloakroom.
Objects left in the self-service wardrobe must be collected before the museums close.

BUGGIES
The use of a baby pram is admitted inside the museum.

EDUCATIONAL AND GUIDED TOURS
A guided tour service is available in several languages, for a fee and by prior arrangement, with a choice of museum and/or exhibition route. For information and reservations: 060608 daily from 9.00 to 19.00

ROOM ASSISTANCE
The room attendants provide visitors with information on museum tours, services and events, also in English, and monitor compliance with rules of behaviour. At museum sites, constant and direct supervision and control of the collections is ensured, also during exhibitions, concerts, conferences and other cultural activities. 

BOOKSHOP
In addition to museum guides in various languages and formats, the bookshop offers numerous texts on classical archaeology and Roman history. Tourist, thematic, design and cookery guides as well as educational publications for children enrich the offer on the shelves, together with a range of excellent Italian design products and others from all over the world, suitable for adults and children. Museum guides and catalogues can be purchased online.
The bookshops also offer a selection of objects inspired by the Museums' collections.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO
It is permitted to take photos and videos of the works (excluding those on display in temporary exhibitions) for personal and studio use, without the use of tripods, selfie sticks or additional lights.
